This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to merchandise purchased from Whip Nash in connection with the Whip Nash Sweepstakes, including merchandise orders that may be associated with receiving sweepstakes entries. This policy does not apply to the shipment or delivery of any sweepstakes prize. Prize fulfillment, if applicable, will be governed by the Sweepstakes Official Rules.
By placing a merchandise order, you agree to this Shipping and Delivery Policy.
Customers may receive sweepstakes entries in connection with eligible merchandise purchases, as described in the Sweepstakes Official Rules.
Shipping delays, carrier delays, delivery issues, returned packages, or undeliverable merchandise orders do not guarantee additional sweepstakes entries, compensation, or any change to sweepstakes odds.
Sweepstakes entry eligibility, entry timing, and entry limits are governed by the Sweepstakes Official Rules. This policy only covers the shipment and delivery of merchandise purchased from Whip Nash.
Our goal is to process merchandise orders within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.
Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, fulfillment timelines, payment review, address verification, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible while maintaining our quality standards.
Unless another option is available and selected at checkout, merchandise orders will be shipped using our fixed-rate Standard Shipping method.

Shipping and delivery times may vary due to circumstances outside of Whip Nash's control, including but not limited to:
Carrier delays, customs delays, weather events, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, holidays, high-volume shipping periods, product availability, fulfillment delays, or disruptions affecting shipping providers.
Whip Nash is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or events outside our reasonable control.
Once your order has been processed and scanned by the carrier, you may receive an email with your tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier receives and scans your package.
If you do not receive tracking information after your order has been fulfilled, please contact Customer Support at support@whipnash.com.
If tracking shows that your order was delivered but you did not receive it, please first contact the shipping carrier directly. The carrier may be able to provide delivery details, confirm the delivery location, or help locate the package.
If you contacted the shipping provider and they were unable to locate your package, please contact Whip Nash Customer Support so we can review the issue and assist where possible.
Please include your order number, tracking number, shipping address, and any information provided by the carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Address corrections cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment or has already shipped.
Whip Nash is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to an incomplete or inaccurate address provided by the customer.
Orders with undeliverable, incomplete, or incorrect addresses may be returned to Whip Nash or our fulfillment provider.
If we receive your order back, we may contact you to request an updated shipping address.
Once the order is eligible for reshipment and has been resent, you may receive a new tracking number.
Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment if the return was caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, failure to claim the package, unpaid customs fees, or another issue outside of Whip Nash's control.
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import-related fees.
Whip Nash is not responsible for customs delays or for packages returned, refused, abandoned, or delayed because of unpaid customs charges.
Whip Nash is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, or misdelivered after being transferred to the shipping carrier, except where required by law.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact Customer Support promptly with your order number, tracking number, photos of the damaged item, photos of the packaging, and any other relevant details.
We will review the issue and may assist with a replacement, carrier claim, or other available resolution when appropriate.
Merchandise availability may vary. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, Whip Nash may contact you regarding a replacement item, delayed fulfillment, cancellation, refund, store credit, or another available resolution, subject to applicable law and our store policies.
Some products may not be available for shipment to certain countries, regions, P.O. boxes, military addresses, freight forwarders, or restricted locations.
Whip Nash reserves the right to cancel, refund, or request an alternate shipping address for orders that cannot be fulfilled due to carrier limitations, legal restrictions, or fulfillment provider requirements.
