All WhipNash merch is made to order through our fulfillment partner, Printful. Because each item
is produced after an order is placed, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for
buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, color preference, or change of mind.
Please review product details, sizing, color, and shipping information carefully before placing
your order.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 30 days of
receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos
of the item and packaging.
After review, we may offer a replacement, reprint, or other appropriate resolution.
Because WhipNash merch is made on demand, we cannot offer exchanges for items ordered in
the wrong size, color, or style. Please check the size guide before completing your purchase.
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated
delivery date so we can review the order and help determine next steps.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
WhipNash is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by
the customer.
Most merch orders are produced within 2–5 business days before shipping. Delivery time
depends on the shipping method, destination, carrier, and other factors outside our control.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Printful notes that estimated delivery time
is fulfillment time plus shipping time, and fulfillment times are estimates, not guarantees.
